If you’re here, you’re on your journey to your new and better self. You can take control of your life even if you don’t believe it yet. Every tiny action has consequences. If you control the action, you control the consequences. That’s how it starts. Tiny changes in how you act have big effects in the long run.
Henry Ford said, “whether you think you can, or you think you can’t — you’re right.” Sometimes it’s a minor change in attitude. Other times, it’s changing a habit. Or creating a new one. It’s more than just writing down goals. Anyone can do that. Your goals need to have purpose behind them. With purpose, life has meaning. With purpose, your actions take on more conviction because they all have to align with that purpose.
Purpose doesn’t need to be grand either. It can be as simple as making sure your children have a good start in life. It can be taking joy in growing your own vegetables so that you eat healthy more often. Of course, if you have a “save the world” type of purpose, there’s nothing wrong with that. The world needs visionaries on a grand scale, but not everyone needs to be one.
Whatever your purpose, just know it and live it. The rest will take care of itself.
